Divide complex Value with elements [Index]...[Index+Len-1] from the calling object.

Remarks

Store the result in the calling object at position [Index]...[Index+Len-1]. Calling vector will be extended to complex, if the calling vector is real. An exception will be raised if TMtxVecBase.ConditionCheckConditionCheckis True and array borders are overrun or underrun.
